I would have given this review five stars if I didn't have a couple minor quibbles. One aspect that I appreciate about the design of this software is its inclusivity. Unfortunately, I wish they would give the same attention and care to the accessibility experience of the desktop app.

The user interface (UI) seems really clean, uncluttered, and well-designed to be compatible with VoiceOver, the screen reader built into iOS. Thankfully, the iOS app addresses all of these problems effectively. However, I have submitted numerous feedbacks to Open AI about this issue, but nothing has changed on that front.

While it is possible to navigate the desktop site using a screen reader, it can be quite challenging for users who are blind or have low vision. You really need to be an advanced user to find your way through the UI. In contrast, ChatGPT is much more accessible for blind users when used on my Windows desktop with Google Chrome.

Overall, I am pleased with the performance of O&O SafeErase Professional 18.0.537, but I hope that future updates will prioritize accessibility in the desktop app to make it more user-friendly for all individuals.
